Mino Raiola, the most well-known agent in football, died at the age of 54 after a long illness.
On Saturday, it was revealed that the Italian, who represented some of the most well-known players in the world, including Erling Haaland, Paul Pogba, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, had died.
“In unfathomable grief, we share the passing of the most loving and brilliant Football Agent there ever was,” Raiola’s official Twitter account stated in a statement.
“Mino battled till the end with the same zeal he used to defend our players at the negotiating tables.
” Mino, as always, made us proud without even realizing it. Mino’s work had such an impact on so many people, and he helped to write a new chapter in the history of modern football.
His presence will be missed for the rest of time.
“Mino’s mission to make football a better environment for players will be carried on with the same zeal.”
“We appreciate everyone’s outpouring of support during these trying times, and we respectfully request that family and friends’ privacy be respected during this difficult time.”

Raiola’s death was reported to have occurred on Thursday, although this was not the case.
Some media sites wrongly announced Raiola’s death on Thursday.
“Current health condition for anyone wondering: pi**ed off for the second time in four months they murder me,” the super agent subsequently tweeted. They also appear to be able to resuscitate.”
However, it was rumoured at the time that Raiola was seriously ill, and his family has now announced that football’s most illustrious agent has passed away.
