Mino Raiola Posts Angry Foul-mouthed Message After Claims That He Is Dead Surfaced Online

Mino Raiola, a football great agent, is still in a critical condition in a Milan hospital after claims that he had died on Thursday afternoon were debunked.

Reports from Italy began to emerge just after midday, claiming that the 54-year-old had died.

Tancredi Palmeri, a journalist, was among the first to tweet about Raiola’s condition, adding that the Italian had died ‘following sickness.’

However, a statement from the agent’s official Twitter account a little over an hour after the initial reports strongly refuted the charges.

“For those who are curious, my current health state is p***** off. They killed me for the second time in four months,” Raiola wrote. “They appear to be able to resuscitate as well.”

Raiola was brought to the hospital in January for “delicate surgery,” following which erroneous claims of his death spread over social media.

Following the hospital visit, Raiola stated on social media, “These are scheduled checks, there has been no emergency intervention.”

Dr. Alberto Zangrillo, a member of the team treating Raiola in Milan’s San Raffaele Hospital, has lambasted reporters who have been hounding his office for information on the agent.

“I’m disturbed by the phone calls from fake journalists speculating on the life of a man struggling for his life,” Zangrillo stated, according to Fabrizio Romano.

Raiola, who rose through the ranks from humble beginnings, now represents some of the game’s top names, including Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, , Marco Verratti, and Gianluigi Donnarumma, among others.

Raiola, who is no stranger to negotiating big-money agreements, was expected to play a key part in both Pogba and Haaland’s summer moves. Clearly, he’s in for a much more serious fight now.

At this terrible time, we express our heartfelt condolences to Raiola and his friends and family.
