Messi not PSG’s highest-paid player – Checkout top 10

Lionel Messi is not Paris Saint-Germain’s highest-paid player, according to L’Equipe.

His former Barcelona teammate Neymar tops the list of highest earners at the Ligue 1 club.

Messi moved to France last summer, after Barcelona fell short of LaLiga’s wage restrictions.

Neymar is the highest-paid player at the Parc des Princes, with a monthly salary of €4 million, slightly more than Messi’s €3.375 million.

Of the top 20 highest earners in Ligue 1, the first 18 positions are taken up by PSG players in a startling reminder of the club’s financial powers.
