Manchester United: Erik ten Hag’s first signing for United revealed. According to The Telegraph, incoming Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag will bring Brazilian Ajax winger Antony to Old Trafford.

Ten Hag has been interviewed by Manchester United’s hierarchy, and the Dutchman coach is now the frontrunner to succeed Ralf Rangnick as manager at Old Trafford.

Despite stiff competition from Mauricio Pochettino of PSG and Luis Enrique of Spain, the 52-year-old is a strong contender for the top job after impressing the club in his formal interview.

The newspaper says that ten Hag will bring Anthony with him to Manchester United.

During his interview, the Dutchman asked about Manchester United’s vision and transfer budget.

The Telegraph says he would bring the Brazil international Anthony with him, with the 22-year-old having impressed enormously under at Ajax.

Antony has 10 goals and 8 assists in 30 appearances in the Eredivisie and Champions League this season, following a season in which he contributed 17 goals in the league.

His performances since swapping Sao Paulo for Amsterdam have earned him plenty of admirers.
